Try this first
- Check the dishwasher drain hose for a bend or kink.
- Straighten the drain hose if necessary.
- Make sure the drain hose is connected correctly to the household drainage system.
- If applicable, check the turbidity-sensor area for buildup as directed by the manufacturer.
- Turn the dishwasher off and wait a few minutes if the fault remains.
- Turn the dishwasher back on and retry.
- If E20 persists, contact Fisher & Paykel service.
