What it means
The dishwasher is not receiving an adequate water supply.
Try this first
- Make sure the household water supply to the dishwasher is turned on.
- Check that household water pressure is adequate.
- Check the water-supply hose for a bend or restriction.
- Check that the drain hose is installed according to the Fisher & Paykel installation instructions.
- Retry the dishwasher after correcting the water-supply condition.
- If the fault remains, contact Fisher & Paykel service.

Repair usually required?Often correctable at the water supply; service may be required if E5 remains
If the error keeps returning
Restore normal water supply and hose routing, then retry. If E5 persists, arrange Fisher & Paykel service.
