What it means
The washer is taking too long to drain or is not draining properly.
Try this first
- Check the household circuit breaker or fuse.
- Check that the drain standpipe is installed at the correct height.
- Make sure the washer lid is closed.
- Straighten any kinked section of drain hose.
- Check the drain hose for blockage.
- Press Start or Pause after correcting any obvious drain problem.

If the error keeps returning
