What it means
The microwave detected a shorted temperature probe.
Try this first
- Stop the cooking operation.
- Remove the temperature probe if it is being used.
- Inspect the probe for obvious external damage.
- Disconnect power for about 30 seconds.
- Restore power and check whether F6 returns.
