KitchenAid Wall Oven FC E1 Error Code
What it means
FC E1 means the wall oven could not connect to the wireless router. KitchenAid lists a connection timeout, weak signal, failed router, the appliance Wi-Fi module, or associated wiring as possible causes.
Try this first
- Turn the oven circuit breaker off for 1 minute, then restore power.
- Monitor the oven for 1 minute and verify operation.
- Test another Wi-Fi capable device, such as a phone or tablet, at the oven location.
- Reset the wireless router.
- If another Wi-Fi device works at the oven location, disconnect the router from power for 2 minutes and reconnect it. Then disconnect the oven from power for 2 minutes and reconnect it.
- If the wireless signal is weak, move the router, use a compatible signal extender, or contact your Internet Service Provider.
