What it means
The dryer is not detecting the lint filter correctly.
Try this first
- Remove the lint filter.
- Make sure both parts of the filter are assembled correctly if your model uses a two-piece filter.
- Check that the filter is seated securely.
- Inspect the filter magnet if your model uses one.
- Reinstall the filter and restart the dryer.
