What it means
The washer detects that the door is closed but has not locked properly.
Try this first
- Check the door opening for clothing or other obstructions.
- Open the door and close it again securely.
- Check for visible damage around the latch area.
- Disconnect power, hold START/PAUSE for 5 seconds, restore power, and try again.
