LG Front Load Washer IE Error Code
What it means
LG says IE/E02/E10 is a water-inlet error that appears when the tub does not fill to an adequate level within the allowed time.
Try this first
- Make sure the water-supply hose is connected and the faucet is fully open.
- Straighten any pressed or bent inlet hose.
- If freezing is possible, thaw the faucet and inlet hose; use warm water no hotter than 50 degrees C for the hose.
- Clean debris from the inlet filter and reinstall the filter before reconnecting the hose.
- If the washer still does not fill, request service because the inlet valve may be malfunctioning.
Can I keep using it?Follow the manufacturer troubleshooting steps and confirm normal operation before returning the appliance to normal use.
Repair usually required?If water supply and hose/filter checks are good but IE remains, the inlet valve may need service.
