What it means
LG says OE/E03/E21 means the washer is unable to drain the water used during the wash cycle; common causes include a kinked drain hose or clogged drain-pump filter.
Try this first
- Check behind the washer for a kinked or clogged drain hose and straighten or clear it.
- Run a Spin Only cycle to test drainage.
- Check and clean the drain-pump filter.
- If debris was removed, run a Tub Clean cycle and reduce detergent if excess suds may be contributing.
- If OE appears again, request service.
