LG Refrigerator dH Error Code
What it means
LG includes Er dH among refrigerator internal-system error codes and provides a temporary defrost procedure for Er dH/d1/d2/d/H1/H2 when ice has built up on the cooling plate.
Try this first
- Remove all food from the refrigerator.
- Place dry towels on the floor in front of the doors.
- Unplug the refrigerator.
- Leave the doors open for at least 12 hours to allow the cooling plate to thaw.
- After the refrigerator is restarted, monitor for the code returning.
- If Er dH returns, contact LG Customer Support.
Can I keep using it?The refrigerator may operate after the cooling plate is thawed, but LG warns the error can return and affect cooling performance and food quality.
