What it means
LG says OE is a drainage error that can be caused by a clogged, pressed, kinked, incorrectly installed, or frozen drain hose.
Try this first
- Straighten the drain hose so water can flow freely.
- Check the drain hose and drain opening for clogs or foreign objects and clear them.
- If freezing is possible, thaw the washer and drain hose with warm water rather than boiling water.
- Run a Spin or Spin Only cycle to confirm that the washer drains.
- If OE remains, request service.
