What it means
The washer door is not locking properly.
Try this first
- Make sure the washer door is completely closed.
- Check that clothing is not caught between the door and washer.
- Check the latch area for an obstruction.
- Disconnect power for about 5 minutes.
- Restore power and try the washer again.
