What it means
Maytag says the Wash light can stay on or flash when the water level is not changing as expected.
Try this first
- Make sure both hot and cold water faucets are completely open.
- Turn off the water, remove the inlet hoses, clean film or debris from the inlet-valve screens, reinstall the hoses, and check for leaks.
- Check that the drain hose is not inserted too far into the standpipe or laundry tub.
