The robot vacuum is on an uneven surface or one or both drive wheels cannot move freely.
Try this first
- Move the robot vacuum to a level floor.
- Switch the robot vacuum off.
- Remove dirt and hair from both drive wheels.
- Make sure both wheels move freely.
- Restart the robot vacuum.
