What it means
Samsung uses this dishwasher code differently by model: on Waterwall models it indicates a clogged-filter condition, while on Rotary models it indicates a high-temperature heater condition.
Try this first
- For a Waterwall model, clean the fine filter at the bottom of the dishwasher and request service if the code returns.
- For a Rotary model, switch dishwasher power off for 30 seconds and back on at the circuit breaker.
- For a Rotary model, empty the dishwasher, fill the detergent drawer, and start a Normal cycle.
- If the code returns after the model-appropriate procedure, request Samsung service.
