Samsung Range / Wall Oven C-24 Error Code
What it means
The temperature sensor detected that the oven temperature is rising faster than expected, often because the oven vent is blocked.
Try this first
- Check the oven vent at the back of the cooktop.
- Remove any pan, cookware, or other object covering or restricting the vent.
- If cooking, open and close the oven door a few times for about 3 seconds at a time to release excess heat.
- You can also turn the oven off and leave the door open for about 1 minute to allow it to cool.
- Try the oven again after making sure the vent is clear.

If the error keeps returning
If C-24 continues with the vent completely clear, further diagnosis or service may be required.
