What it means
Samsung identifies washer 14c as a not-filling error.
Try this first
- Make sure the hot and cold supply hoses are connected to the correct inlets and are not bent or kinked.
- Do not use Flood Safe hoses.
- Open both water-supply valves completely.
- Make sure the drain hose is inserted properly and is between 6 and 8 inches into the drain pipe.
- Unplug the washer or turn its breaker off for 1 minute, then restore power and retry the cycle.
- If inlet screens contain debris, shut off the water, disconnect the hoses, clean the filters carefully, reconnect the hoses, and reopen the valves.
