What it means
Samsung identifies this as a not-filling error: water is not entering the washer correctly.
Try this first
- Confirm the hot and cold supply hoses are connected to the correct washer inlets and are not bent or kinked.
- Open the water supply valves completely.
- Check that the drain hose is installed correctly and is not kinked.
- Unplug the washer or turn off its circuit breaker for 1 minute, then restore power and try a cycle.
- If debris is blocking the washer inlet filters, clean the filters and fully reopen the water valves.
- If the code continues, request Samsung service.
Can I keep using it?Restore proper incoming water flow before continuing normal washer use.
Repair usually required?Service may be required if the washer still cannot fill after the water supply, hoses, drain-hose installation, inlet filters, and one-minute power cycle are checked.
