What it means
Sub-Zero Classic Series dO Or indicates that a refrigeration door has remained open for more than five minutes.
Try this first
- Close the refrigerator door to reset the dO Or alarm.
- After the door is closed, allow the five-minute dwell period during which the control panel does not respond.
- After the five-minute dwell period, the refrigerator should return to normal operation.
- The dO Or five-minute door-ajar feature cannot be disabled and is separate from the standard 30-second door alarm.
- The dO Or alarm does not appear while the unit is in Sabbath Mode.
- If the alarm does not silence or keeps returning, contact Factory Certified Service.
