What it means
The dryer door is not completely closed and latched.
Try this first
- Open the dryer door.
- Check that clothing or another object is not caught in the opening.
- Close the door firmly.
- Push on the door to make sure the latch engages.
- If your dryer has two latches, make sure both are secure.
- Try starting the dryer again.
