What it means
The washer is taking too long to fill with water.
Try this first
- Make sure both hot and cold water supplies are turned on.
- Check both inlet hoses for restrictions.
- Make sure the drain hose is not inserted too far into the standpipe.
- Check that the drain hose is not kinked or clogged.
- Verify that the drain installation is not causing the washer to siphon.
