Amana Microwave FC E7 Error Code
What it means
Amana indicates FCE7 when the appliance did not connect to the router.
Try this first
- Turn the appliance circuit breaker(s) off for 1 minute.
- Restore power at the circuit breaker(s).
- Start a cycle.
- Monitor the appliance for 1 minute to make sure the code does not return.
- Verify appliance operation.
- Reset the wireless router.
- Check whether another Wi-Fi-capable device works correctly at the appliance location.
- If needed, disconnect power from the router for 2 minutes, reconnect it, then disconnect power from the appliance for 2 minutes and reconnect it.
- If the wireless signal is weak, move the router, use a compatible signal extender, or contact the Internet service provider.
Can I keep using it?Restore the appliance-to-router connection before relying on connected microwave features.
Repair usually required?Service may be required if FCE7 persists after the router, signal, and appliance power checks.
