The dishwasher detected excessive foam from too much detergent or rinse aid, and the wash program was interrupted.
Try this first
- Clear the message by setting the program selector to Stop/Finish, or on light-touch models hold Start/Stop for about 5 seconds.
- Switch the dishwasher off and back on.
- If detergent tablets already contain rinse aid, enable the combination-tab function when the dishwasher provides it.
- Do not use cleaning-agent tablets with the Express 40 C program.
- If the fault continues, arrange Miele service.
