Miele Dishwasher F601: AutoDos Fault and Troubleshooting
What it means
The dishwasher detected an AutoDos installation or operating fault.
Try this first
- Check that the PowerDisk holder arrows align with the viewing-window arrows, the holder lies flat, and the PowerDisk sits flush.
- Clean the AutoDos system, activate AutoDos, and restart the program.
- If the fault returns, you can continue using the dishwasher by disabling AutoDos in the program Options menu and dispensing detergent manually.
- If you want to restore AutoDos operation after the fault returns, contact Miele Service.
Can I keep using it?If F601 returns, Miele says you can continue using the dishwasher with AutoDos disabled in the program Options menu and detergent dispensed manually.
Repair usually required?Service is not required just to continue washing with AutoDos disabled. If you want to restore AutoDos operation after F601 returns, Miele directs you to contact Miele Service.
If the error keeps returning
If F601 returns after checking the PowerDisk installation, cleaning AutoDos, and restarting the program, disable AutoDos for continued manual-detergent use or contact Miele Service to restore AutoDos operation.
