What it means
The dishwasher circulation pump is blocked or stuck, often after long periods between uses or during first commissioning.
Try this first
- Use caution with hot water. Remove the lower spray arm and filter combination.
- Pour 1 liter of water no hotter than 165 F (75 C) with 3 to 5 drops of rinse aid into the dishwasher and let it soak for 5 minutes.
- Reinstall the filter combination flat in the wash-cabinet base and reinstall the lower spray arm.
- Restart the program and repeat the procedure 2 to 3 times if necessary.
- If the fault remains, switch the dishwasher off, wait a few seconds, switch it back on, select the desired program, and press Start/Stop.
- If the fault continues, arrange Miele service.
