Miele Washer F11 Error Code
What it means
The washer drain is restricted by hose installation/kinks or a blocked drain filter/pump.
Try this first
- Make sure the end of the drain hose is no higher than the 3 ft 3 in (1 m) maximum delivery head.
- Remove any kinks or loops from the drain hose and replace the hose if it is damaged.
- If the drain filter or pump is blocked, switch the washer off. Use caution with hot wash water and do not fully unscrew the filters until water has been drained in a controlled way.
- Drain into a suitable container, remove and clean the drain filters, check that the pump impellers turn freely, remove foreign objects, and clean the pump area.
- Reinstall each drain filter on the correct side and screw it tight to prevent leaks, then close the drain-pump access panel.
- If the fault continues, arrange Miele service.
